Returns & Exchanges Policy
At SNIDEL, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, including the provided return slip inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
